in the casey anthony case. today an appeals court tossed out two of her convictions for lying to police. two other convictions were upheld. this is video from when she was acquitted in the 2008 death of her two-year-old daughter caylee. the judges agreed with anthony's attorneys that two of the convictions for lying amounted to double jeopardy. >> jacqueline: we did see some showers it is still pretty mild with the 60s in a number of locations. 60s in redwood city. changes are coming right back and that this increasing clouds from the north. we will continue with the increase with clouds and spotty showers associated. through the north and the weekend another system will push roof. showers hit and miss cooler air this weekend. next weekend, though dreyer warmer weather will resume. for tickets see some showers to the south from that the system but it is pretty much down through l.a.. we will see some rain to the north bay but it is a sliding over northern california. a look at futurecast some spotty showers through the el diablo range. notice this is not very organized or extensive. the clou
